Our policies

Delivery policy

— We deliver across Jordan. Same-day delivery is not offered; orders are delivered within 1–2 working days, or on the date and time window you schedule.
— Orders placed before 6:00 PM are prepared the same evening and dispatched the next working day. Deliveries do not run on Fridays or official public holidays unless stated.
— Delivery fees depend on the area and are shown before checkout. Our courier calls the recipient before arriving unless you mark the gift as a surprise.
— If the recipient cannot be reached after two attempts, we contact you to reschedule. A second delivery may carry an additional fee.
— Please make sure the address and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

— You can cancel or change an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
— Within 24 hours of delivery, the gift is usually already prepared, so cancellations are not possible; changes to address or time may still be accommodated.
— Personalised or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

— Because our gifts include flowers, food and personalised items, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
— If a gift arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
— Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Cash on delivery and CliQ refunds are made by CliQ transfer.
— Products may differ slightly from photos due to seasonal availability; we always replace items with ones of equal or higher value.

— Digital vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any gift, flower or add-on.
— Vouchers can be used in more than one order; any remaining balance stays on the code until it expires.
— Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable once sent, and cannot be replaced if the code is shared with others.
— If a voucher was sent to the wrong number or email and has not been used, contact us and we will re-issue it.

— We collect your name, contact details and the recipient's delivery details only to process and deliver your order.
— Recipient details are never used for marketing and are never sold or shared, except with our delivery couriers.
— Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
— You can ask us to delete your account and saved recipients at any time.

— Prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JD) and include applicable taxes. We may update prices and availability without notice.
— An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once confirmed by phone for cash on delivery.
— We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate gift messages.
— These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
